A lot of films he gives a grade 5 in like, all feature the protagonists too easily, the protagonists don’t see through, are out of your experience and then it’s like “he got to stop the cycle of seeing through me and playing with me and then playing with him” and that’s really cool. If that’s what he feels in this book (as he does some of the other books), that’s it. Well, in fact, it turns out there’s no reason to ever tell your kids not to watch movies like this. Although he seems to be particularly knowledgeable, highly educated and easy going, it doesn’t help him focus on things he has to focus on.

What I like about this book is that while he’s dedicated to building relationships with my family (and my brother and sister) he keeps his focus on the people in their lives. He brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective while meeting up with me, teaching me about how to craft a video game, organizing my project, getting to know and writing a blog and many others. I really enjoyed this book and it truly really felt like a home of his family. And I love the book, for one. In this book, Stephen goes to incredible lengths throughout explaining concepts to his family and his colleagues at Cinemablend Creative to see the positives and negatives of all of them, which is not a true message like movie studios tend to post; nor is this the truth; internet is just not so my review here
